GOA. the freak show #5

#5)  the execution - part one

And we meet again!
but now, its not the same guy who had been giving you bullshit about restrictions and self-evaluation, this is the newly incarnated form, though with the same flesh and bones, but with totally different mind and bigger balls. This is ignotus!
let me tell you where I am. I am sitting at some deserted stairs of platform 6 of the railway station in pune, apparently waiting for my train to Karnataka, from where I will get a connected train to GOA. And do you think that our excited state could have let even this little journey, from the point of decision to this point of execution, some less spicy? If you do, you’re wrong, android!
lemme rewind a little. So we rushed home, my brother started packing as I searched for the buses that may transport us to goa cheaply. We were on a petty shoestring budget, as neither one of thought we would really leap to our dream. As the cook of our flat prepared ‘paneer chilly’, the one thing he is adept in, I kept having lucid, dwarf dreams about the beaches of goa. I still couldn’t catch the DNA string that was making me say no. as my flat mates came to know about this suddenly planned trip, they were flabbergasted at first, but then, it was me. I live in chaos.
but soon my hyper excited state was brought to neutral as I saw all the major buses close their bookings. There were some other buses which come from Mumbai and it was not sure whether it will stop for us or not, and I couldn’t take the risk. No buses today, and I knew if I leave this on tomorrow, this might never happen. If this happens, this happens today.
in this tight fit, as my brother lost hopes for today and stopped packing (apparently, only my clothes were left out), one friend of mine suggested me to try for the train. Why did I not think of that. Wait for it, part two is more interesting.

GOA. the freak show #4

#4) the enlightenment.

so, i am at my home again, searching for some important stuff as i fill up my phone with the seriousness of the situation.  what happened, lemme go and rewind a little. to "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING ON THE SIDE STREET?" (#lastpost)
well, that was a rolls royce phantom convertible. wallah! for those who do not know, i love architecture. precisely, the architecture that has four tyres, exhausts that can rev like hell, one massive engine with above eight cylinders and paddle shift gears. the top that can detach itself and slide back into the ass, just on the push of a button, icing on the cake. and as soon as i saw that beauty descending on the pavement, i was running as if in a hundred meter before others could even guess the name. and there i was, with my camera on the shooting mode, bewildered by the fact that god is not the only one who can make miraculous things. there are people in every corner of the world, some of them who detailed every corner of this architecture with magnificence.
then and there, i was enlightened by the truth. no one who goes to their internships regularly, or who completes their journals on time, or goes to the college on time gets rich enough to own one of these. the guy got down, apparently he was the son of some minister or something. two hot chicks followed suit, and thats when the final orgasm of enlightenment struck me, struck me hard. i am not a son of a billionaire or a minister, nor i am a sport star or a film celebrity. so if either way i am not going to have that car, better live this life with as much awesomeness that i can prevail. next time, i will bribe the god to reincarnate me as a sole son of a rich guy. but now, its time to rock!
i went to my brother who was combing his hairs in the side mirror of a vehicle, completely ignorant of the exotic car and my mood swing. "lets get going bitch", i exclaimed dramatically, "we won't get tickets after eight". he looked up at me. wearing a saintly smile he said, "i knew you'd come, i told you.".

GOA. the freak show #3

#3) burger, a propellant.
so, i am sitting at this burger place, called the fake burger king. but damn it, the burgers are tasteful and cheap. why am i typing all my day on this fucking phone? will it be any good? i do not think so, but doing this keeps me awake of the situation, so that i can say 'no' and 'yes' at the appropriate times. recently, i feel like everything is slipping out of my grip like sands. everything, even the random oppurtunity to be on the sands of goa...
as i am done with the burger and waiting for my another one (oh yah i am fat!), i am rethinking. the awesome burger has done some chemical changes in the specific part of my brain that deals with putting rules upon myself. will it be as catastrophic as i think, going to goa and having fun. i remember the pictures of my old school friends that have visited there in the 10th standard, and i was not allowed to. only this time, no one has the guts to stop me other than myself. than why the fuck am i? AND WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING IN THE SIDE STREET??

GOA. the freak show #2

#2) the dilemma

sitting here at the bus station at a distant part of pune. here to drop my uncle, who is going back to indore. weather, a little grey. mood, a little sour. in a very different mood since a couple of days. this might be happening because of the several restrictions that i have been putting upon me, in a desperate want of self reconstruction. the more you endure, the more you grow, they say. you have low endurance, the gym trainer said. drink more water, the trainer said. you have got good IQ, the HOD said. but you lack toilsome, the HOD said. everyone questions my capabilities nowadays, other people predict my mornings and my nights, better than what i do. they always be right. maybe, i feel a serious need to change that. now, my cousin is so damn sure that i will eventually say yes to goa. even i cannot imagine a scene where he is leaving for the adventurous lands of goa and me waving goodbye. but maybe, the self restrictions i have imposed on myself will win over the great urge inside me to have aa great weekend. but maybe, i am not the best predictor i know, of my own actions. looking forward to the result.
the bus leaves right infront of me, to the place i was before. to the place i once belonged to. also, i am hungry as hell. controlling the diet bullshit. looking forward to the burger place nearby.

GOA. the freak show #1

hello people.
my 'one third of a moment' series is on hold as i have a trip to share, a freak show to tell you about.
GOA.the land of beaches and bitches, and about the sudden arrival and just as sudden departure. just keeps your seatbelts intact, as i always promise, its gonna be a freakin' bumpy ride.
the whole description is a copy paste of the notes i wrote in my phone, while sitting in the train just after a quarrel with an army officer, or while waiting for a bloody bus to come on an extremely deserted bus station in a remote part of karnataka, or while having my martini, waiting for the girls to arrive on the stage on a strip club. hold your horses, there is the first one. how it all began.

#1.
i am a dreamer, an avid one on that note. so engrossed sometimes that though i might be walking on a pavement, in my mind, i might be walking on the aisle with the love of my life, or on the red carpet of an award show where i am nominated in the category of the best director, or i am on my way to the space capsule, wearing the typical orange NASA spacesuit. but when it comes to doing something, i hesitate. i fail. i do not know why, whats the reason?
my brother is continuously nudging me to go to goa with him. and just as continuously i am saying no. i am still not sure why am i denying for such an adventurous place. maybe i am feeling guilty, maybe i am too tired, maybe i am too concentrated on the internship. i have already screwed it to an extent, but i still think it can be recovered if worked upon. or maybe, i have lost the adventure streak that i held in me so proudly? can that happen?
